What is the £13 airport barrier charge?
It is the charge for using the airport barrier. We include it in the total you see and itemise it at checkout, so nothing is added later.
How long is the shuttle?
Park & Ride shuttles take 10 to 15 minutes and Park Plus takes 7 to 10 minutes, 24 hours a day. Each shuttle fits 8, which suits families.
Do I keep my keys?
With Park Plus you park in a marked bay and keep your keys. With Park & Ride you drop your car at reception and we park it for you.
Is the yard secure?
Yes. It is fenced with monitored entry, and we are BPA Approved Operators.
Can I get help with luggage?
Luggage assistance is provided with Park Plus.
How do I find or change my booking?
Select Manage booking in the menu and enter your reference and email.
